Wine of deep and intense ruby red colour with purple reflections. The bright and concentrated aromas of the wine reveals hints of redcurrant, blackberries, blueberries, juniper berries, mint, coffee and chocolate. The wine has a full, rich rounded taste with hints of darkberries as well as a beautiful structure and strength. A long, textured finish is filled with soft tannins.

Vinification:

The grapes are harvested by hand at night between the end of September and the beginning of October. After the fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for about a year and a further period of ageing in steel.
